UnloaderTeam Lead Compensation and Hours:
2:30am – 11:30am with overtime as needed
$23.00/hr.
Monday - Friday, Saturdays as needed
Unloader Team Lead Skills and Qualifications:
Prior supervisory experience is preferred
Good oral, written and electronic communication skills
Ability to use MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Ability to use a manufacturing ERP system
Excellent mechanical aptitude
Prior experience with electro-mechanical automated equipment is a plus
Ability to lift, stand, and work throughout shift
Unloader Team Lead Duties and Responsibilities:
Counting trailers in the yard to report to the Warehouse Operations Manager and to outside vendors
Must be able to communicate well via email and phone calls – will be speaking to outside vendors and internal management team
Must have sit-down forklift experience
Must be able to step in and help physically unload trucks as needed
