Connected Health Care, a premier healthcare recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) with OB and Med-Surg experience for a 13-week assignment at a respected Critical Access Hospital located just north of Garden City, Kansas.

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) OB & Med-Surg
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Location: Near Garden City, KS

Schedule: 3x12-Hour Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
Shift Options: Days or Nights Available
Weekly Compensation: Up to $2,500/Week
Start Date: ASAP
Provide direct patient care in both the Obstetrics and Medical-Surgical departments
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum care
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
Respond effectively in emergency situations and rapidly changing patient conditions
Support the hospital's commitment to exceptional rural healthcare delivery
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience
Recent Obstetrics (OB) experience
Recent Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg) experience
Experience working in a rural hospital or Critical Access Hospital preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) preferred or required depending on facility guidelines
Fetal Monitoring Certification preferred
