Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced Travel CT Technologist (CT Tech) for a 13-week contract opportunity at a Critical Access Hospital approximately 45 minutes east of Billings, Montana.

This position offers housing included, a consistent day-shift schedule, and the opportunity to work in a close-knit rural hospital setting while remaining within easy driving distance of Billings.

CT Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT examinations according to physician orders and facility protocols

• Position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images

• Operate CT scanners and related imaging equipment safely and efficiently

• Prepare and administer contrast media when required

• Screen patients for contraindications, allergies, and other safety concerns

• Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records

• Follow radiation safety and infection-control standards

• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to changes in condition

• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Provide compassionate, professional patient care

• Assist with additional radiology responsibilities as needed within the Critical Access Hospital setting

Education & Certification Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

• ARRT (R) certification required

• ARRT (CT) certification preferred or required based on facility guidelines

• Current BLS certification

• Montana licensure or eligibility to obtain appropriate state credentials, as required

• Previous CT Technologist experience required

• Critical Access Hospital, rural hospital, or travel experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of CT protocols, radiation safety, contrast administration, and patient positioning

• Ability to work independently in a smaller hospital environment
