Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Certifications Requirements:

• Washington Caregiver or CNA license
• BLS certification
• Dementia and mental health delegation certifications

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a caregiver, med tech, or CNA
• Experience working in long-term care settings
• Familiarity with dementia and mental health management

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work evening or night shifts (6p-6a or 2p-10a)
• Strong communication and compassionate care skills
• Flexibility to function as both caregiver and med tech during the assignment
