UPC Analyst (Retailer Support)

Duration: 12 Months
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Carlisle, PA - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product master data, including UPC setup, audits, and item lifecycle updates.
• Generate, validate, and distribute sales, category, and business performance reporting.
• Provide analytical and operational support to company Category Management teams.
• Develop insights and recommendations through business reporting and trend analysis.
• Set up, monitor, and track promotional and pricing deals.
• Coordinate market development activities, including store installations, remodels, and closures.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with and access to key company systems to execute work both in-house and remotely.
• Experience building sales and customer trend reporting.
• High attention to detail and self-starter mentality.
• Expectation to be in a company office (preferably TGC) 3 days a week; Carlisle, PA area.
• Availability to work at home or be available the other 2 days should any urgent need arise.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with IDW.
• Project management experience a plus.

Education Requirement:

• College degree or equivalent work experience required; analytics and/or business degree preferred.
