UPS Processor / Receiving Associate

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented UPS Processor / Receiving Associate to join our team in Vernon! This is a great opportunity for someone with shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience who is looking for a stable Monday–Friday schedule and an opportunity to grow with the company.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computer systems, and has experience processing shipments, handling inventory, and preparing orders for shipment.

What You'll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments using UPS WorldShip and other shipping systems.
• Prepare shipping labels, invoices, and other required documentation.
• Pick and process electrical components using reel counters and scales.
• Verify product codes, markings, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Package components according to ESD and MSL handling standards.
• Enter and update shipment and inventory information in company systems.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with quarterly inventory audits.
• Process customer orders and ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
• Identify and report shipment or inventory discrepancies to management.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe receiving and work area.
• Assist with warehouse organization and equipment documentation.
• Work closely with the receiving, shipping, and inventory teams to keep daily operations running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Experience with UPS WorldShip, UPS, FedEx, or similar shipping systems.
• Experience with order processing and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle small electrical components carefully and accurately.
• FBA experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
