-Customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and ability to perform foot patrols are a must. Morning, evening, and overnight shifts are available, and the duties and responsibilities (not limited to) are as follows: <\/span>

1. Be available to respond to any calls for service, preserve order, protect property and residents. <\/span>
<\/div>
2. Check all lodges, roadways, inner and outer community property lines, sports complex (upper and lower) and the ponds. <\/span>
<\/div>
3. Act as a liaison between fire, EMS, or law enforcement to assist in keeping the residents safe and secure. <\/span>
<\/div>
4. Issue citations on behalf of the HOA for vehicles parked on the street or in other areas after hours. <\/span>
<\/div>
5. Work with local law enforcement to discourage or remove trespassers/transient persons from the property as needed. <\/span>
<\/div>
6. Periodically patrol the trail system through use of a bicycle or motorized golf cart <\/span>
<\/div>

Ideal Candidate: <\/span>

1. Must always display superior customer service skills and be able to diffuse any hostile situation with a calm and reassuring manner. <\/span>

2. Maintain a clean and professional appearance and represent our company with respect to our client and residents. <\/span>
<\/div>
3. Be able to write detailed incident reports and follow chain of command procedures in the event of an emergency. <\/span>
<\/div>
4. Must have Current BSIS CA Guard Card License <\/span>
<\/div>
5. Current CPR Certification <\/span>
<\/div>
6. Be adaptable and flexible to the needs of the client. <\/span>
<\/div>
7. Have a valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record. <\/span>
