All applicants MUST have fingerprints and background checks done prior to hiring. RAs hired MUST complete a child sexual abuse training prior to ANY contact with students. It is MANDATORY that all RAMentors participate in the End of Program Trip.
Preferred Staffing Reason: Institutional Primary Responsibilities Supervise and mentor approximately 25 Upward Bound high school students throughout the Summer Session. Actively participate in all activities including evening activities, training, field trips, and meetings, and maintain all required paperwork. Applicants are required to live in the dorms and are ON CALL at all times during the semester.
