$69,955- $104,932 annually, Pay dependent on qualifications and in accordance with Oregons Pay Equity Act.
Position includes generous medical package to include $1,200 health reimbursement account, sick leave, vacation, holidays, gym membership, and participation in Oregon Public Employee's Retirement (PERS).
Relocation reimbursement for actual costs up to $5,000 may be available if the incumbent is relocating greater than 100 miles.
Position Overview:
The City of Springfield is seeking an Urban Renewal Analyst to support the City Manager's Office. This position will perform activities in support of the City's economic development projects related to the two Urban Renewal Districts in Springfield. A suitable candidate will have an interest in a variety of work related to making development projects come to fruition. This work spans from analyzing data, plans, and reports to gauge project feasibility, developing proposals and working with consultants, and supporting the development of materials for the Springfield Economic Development Agency. This role requires a strong skill set in project management, collaboration, and follow through. The position may entail skills and knowledge areas across economic development; real estate development, including local zoning and planning regulations; building and development economics and incentives; contracting; project management; gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data; and working within government systems and regulations.
