We are seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Technical Senior Recruiter to champion our talent acquisition efforts across our Technology and Analytics teams. In this role, you will partner directly with hiring leaders to find, engage, and hire the brilliant minds shaping our digital future. Role Responsibilities:Own the Process: Manage 10–20 active, concurrent technical searches from initial intake to final offer.
Close the Best: Craft competitive, equitable compensation packages and expertly navigate candidate offer negotiations to close top talent.
Keep Data Clean: Maintain high data integrity and pipeline accuracy within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support data-driven recruiting decisions.
Hunt Creatively: Go beyond traditional job boards. Leverage digital platforms, social media, search engines, and niche tech communities to source active and passive talent.
Build Community: Actively engage with industry groups, professional associations, and networking events to build a diverse, long-term talent pipeline.
Innovate Sourcing: Continuously research, test, and recommend fresh sourcing channels and recruiting strategies.
Be a Trusted Advisor: Partner closely with hiring managers at all levels to align on profile requirements, share market insights, and manage expectations.
Drive Alignment: Facilitate weekly recruiting syncs, calibration sessions, and interview debriefs to keep the hiring process moving efficiently.
8-10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record of handling full-lifecycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
Tech Recruiting Expertise: Dedicated experience sourcing and closing talent for complex Technology, Product, or Analytics teams.
Sourcing Mastery: Exceptional ability to map target companies, utilize advanced search techniques, and engage passive candidates through networking and digital sourcing tools.
High Adaptability: A resilient, agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-moving, creative environment.
Relationship-Building Skills: Strong communication skills with the confidence to influence and advise stakeholders at all leadership levels.
In-house corporate recruiting experience is highly preferred.
