What Youll Do
Provide high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room/Surgery setting
Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient assessments
Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during procedures
Administer medications and treatments as per protocols
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
Document all patient information accurately
Adhere to infection control and safety standards
Support patient education and emotional well-being
What You Need
Valid RN license in Louisiana or other compact license
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in OR/surgical settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to float between operating rooms and adapt to changing priorities
