Lovelace Medical Group is a multispecialty provider group of over 300 providers, including physicians and advanced practice providers serving a broad range of specialties and primary care.
Responsibilities:
The Urgent Care Clinic Manager provides operational, personnel, and financial leadership for three urgent care locations. This role partners closely with providers, clinical teams, and leadership to ensure efficient daily operations, appropriate staffing, strong patient access and experience, financial performance, and regulatory compliance across all locations.
Provide operational leadership and oversight for three urgent care locations, ensuring consistent workflows, service standards, and efficient daily operations.
Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff while managing performance, staffing, employee relations, scheduling, and team effectiveness.
Partner with providers and clinical teams to support patient flow, access, scheduling, and overall clinic performance.
Monitor key operational and financial metrics, including patient volumes, wait times, staffing, front-end collections, billing processes, reimbursement, and productivity.
Manage staffing and resources across multiple locations to maintain appropriate coverage and respond to changing patient volumes and operational needs.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, safety, and clinical operational standards.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, patient experience, access, and overall clinic performance.
Manage operating and capital budgets while supporting the continued growth and performance of all three urgent care locations.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study
Eight (8) or more years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
Three (3) years of experience in the healthcare environment
Two (2) years of leadership experience
Preferred Job Requirements:
Master’s Degree
