Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Opportunity - Bronx, New York

Position: Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care (1 opening)

Deliver fast-paced urgent care in the Bronx, treating acute illnesses, injuries, and walk-ins in a community hub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess/treat colds, lacerations, sprains, infections, and minor procedures
• Order labs, X-rays, splinting, and prescribe medications/OTC guidance
• Manage high-volume walk-ins, triage, and discharge planning
• Coordinate referrals and follow-ups with primary care

Qualifications:

• Family or Adult NP certification with active NY license
• Urgent care/ER experience preferred; DOT certification a plus
• BLS/ACLS; suturing, abscess drainage skills ideal
