What will you do?Provide urgent health care for individuals under the supervision of a licensed physician. Elicits detailed patient histories and conducts complete physician examinations. Reaches diagnosis independently and in consultation with a collaborating Physician, as well as other staff physicians when appropriate. What do you need to qualify?Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant ProgramCurrently licensed in the state of Wisconsin with at least one year of clinical experiencePrevious experience in an urgent care or emergency department is preferred.Must have the patience and tact to deal with the patient population and the ability to work effectively in the urgent care environment.A minimum commitment of 1 weekend/month is required.
