Join CentraCare''s Urgent Care team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals of all ages with acute illnesses and injuries. In this fast-paced, collaborative environment, you''ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions while working alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to deliver timely, evidence-based care. You''ll have access to modern technology, on-site diagnostic resources, and a strong interdisciplinary team that empowers providers to practice at the top of their license while ensuring seamless coordination with primary care and specialty services when needed.

Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $124,302.05 - $144,654.85 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
