Salary: $125+/hr based on experience

Looking for some extra hours? Lasante Health Center is seeking an Urgent Care Provider to join our dynamic team in the evenings. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care for individuals with urgent health concerns, ensuring timely assessments and interventions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with medical issues in a primary care setting.

• Conduct thorough examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.

• Collaborate with nursing and staff to ensure seamless patient care.

• Provide education to patients regarding their conditions and treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Qualifications:

• Current state medical license and ACLS/BLS certification.

• 5+ years of experience in urgent care or primary care settings.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Available to work evenings
