A well-established AAHA-accredited animal hospital in Dale City is seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to join a collaborative and experienced clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys a fast-paced caseload while still having the structure and support needed to deliver high-quality medicine.

The hospital provides a strong blend of general practice, urgent care, surgery, and intensive care services. With extended weekday hours and weekend availability, the team is structured to meet patient demand while maintaining a sustainable and supportive working environment for clinicians.

The facility is fully equipped with an in-house laboratory, pharmacy, surgical suite, and a dedicated ICU area supported by monitoring equipment including ECG and blood pressure systems. This allows for efficient diagnostics and treatment across a wide variety of medical and urgent cases.

You would be joining a well-balanced team of experienced veterinarians, credentialed technicians, assistants, and client care staff who work closely together to ensure smooth case flow and strong patient outcomes.

The Opportunity

• Manage urgent care and emergency presentations

• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited university
• Licensed, or eligible to practice, in Virginia
• Comfortable with urgent care, emergency cases, and general medicine
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
