A progressive veterinary practice is looking for a dedicated Urgent Care Veterinarian to join its expanding team in Tucson, Arizona. This role is ideal for a doctor who excels in a fast-paced environment and enjoys treating urgent, non-critical cases with efficiency and compassion. You’ll have the opportunity to focus solely on urgent care while working with advanced diagnostic tools and a highly skilled support staff.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, high-quality medical care for pets with urgent health needs

  • Diagnose and treat acute conditions for canine and feline patients

  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners about treatment options and care plans

  • Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure seamless patient flow and exceptional service

  • Maintain thorough and accurate medical records while upholding high clinical standards

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary college (or international equivalent)

  • Active or obtainable veterinary license in Arizona

  • Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
