Urgent Care X-ray technician (Signing bonus)

We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused X-Ray Technician to join our urgent care team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and efficient clinic flow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates effectively with providers and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-rays in accordance with physician/provider orders
• Ensure proper patient positioning and radiation safety protocols
• Operate and maintain radiologic equipment
• Prepare and process images for provider review
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Assist with patient flow and other clinical duties as needed

Qualifications

• Current California X-Ray license (Limited Scope or ARRT)
• Knowledge of radiographic techniques and safety standards
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Compensation & Benefits

• 35 $ per hour to 50 $ per hour
