We are seeking a dependable and patient-focused X-Ray Technician to join our urgent care team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and efficient clinic flow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well in a fast-paced environment, and collaborates effectively with providers and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic X-rays in accordance with physician/provider orders
Ensure proper patient positioning and radiation safety protocols
Operate and maintain radiologic equipment
Prepare and process images for provider review
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Assist with patient flow and other clinical duties as needed
Qualifications
Current California X-Ray license (Limited Scope or ARRT)
Knowledge of radiographic techniques and safety standards
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Compensation & Benefits
35 $ per hour to 50 $ per hour
