Key Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Provide mobility support, including safe patient transfers using wheelchairs, lifts, or rolling beds.
Measure and record vital signs accurately.
Observe and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
Promote a positive, respectful, and safe environment for all patients and staff.
Requirements
Active CNA license (New York State).
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (required).
BLS Certification (required).
Strong communication, compassion, and teamwork skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
