Job Description
We are hiring reliable Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations based out in Carteret, NJ
The ideal candidate will safely operate a forklift, move and organize inventory, and assist with loading, unloading, and order fulfillment.
Position Details;
Forklift Operator Warehouse
Location: Carteret, NJ
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM 12:30 AM
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, stage, and store products.
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely.
- Pick, prepare, and stage orders for shipment.
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials.
- Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Inspect equipment before use and report any issues.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse.
- Assist with packing, labeling, and other warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
