Helper Rate: $18.33 per hour
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate helper to assist a female client in her 70s diagnosed with frontal lobe dementia/Alzheimer's. She lives with her husband in a small home with two small dogs.
Care is needed on specific days when her husband is away and unable to provide support.
Care Responsibilities
- Assist with feeding and mealtime support
- Provide toileting and bathroom assistance
- Support with basic ADLs
- Ensure safety and supervision throughout the shift
- Provide calm and respectful companionship
- 1–2 Mondays per month
- 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with dementia/Alzheimer's care preferred
- Patient, attentive, and dependable
- Comfortable working in a home with small dogs
- Able to follow instructions and consistently meet care needs
This role is best suited for a helper who is reliable and can confidently handle essential care tasks, ensuring the client's safety and comfort while the primary caregiver is away.
