We're currently hiring Overnight Caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home senior care for clients throughout DuPage County, Illinois. This position is ideal for caregivers who are dependable, attentive, and passionate about helping seniors remain safe and comfortable in their own homes during overnight hours.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide attentive overnight supervision and companionship.
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including toileting, personal hygiene, and nighttime routines.
- Support mobility, repositioning, and safe transfers to reduce fall risks.
- Provide incontinence care while maintaining dignity and respect.
- Monitor changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.
- Offer medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
- Perform light housekeeping and prepare snacks or beverages when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team.
We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Private Duty Caregiver preferred.
- Experience providing senior care, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, companion care, hospice support, or in-home caregiving is highly valued.
- Compassionate, dependable, observant, and committed to exceptional client care.
- Ability to work independently in a client's home.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
