As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for bringing floral displays to life in store. You'll work closely with team leadership to ensure freshness and attractiveness of floral arrangements, as well as maintain the appearance of displays. This role offers a balance of independent work and team collaboration, with opportunities to support multiple store locations within the area.
What You'll Do
As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
Merchandise and maintain fresh floral displays
Water, rotate, clean, and care for floral products
Follow planograms and complete light paperwork
Build attractive, eye-catching displays that enhance the customer experience
Lift, move, and organize floral product and supplies (up to 40 lbs)
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing work area

Location & Schedule:
