As a Millwork Door Assembler, you'll be responsible for putting together custom doors and windows built to order while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Work closely with your team to produce high-quality products that meet specifications and support the company's growth.
What You'll Do
As a Millwork Door Assembler, you will be responsible for:
- Assembling custom doors and windows based on customer specifications
- Verifying product measurements, lengths, angles, and material specifications
- Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Transporting raw materials and finished products within the facility
- Performing mathematical calculations involving fractions, decimals, and measurements
- Maintaining quality standards to ensure products meet order requirements
- Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Following OSHA and company safety procedures
- Supporting production goals and assisting with inventory management
- Cross-training in other areas and performing additional duties as needed
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong math aptitude, including ability to perform calculations with fractions and decimals
- Reliable work ethic and dependable attendance
- Willingness to learn new skills and participate actively during training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform physical tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
