Job Title: 2nd Shift Millwork Door Assembler
Pay: $22.00/hour + $1.00/hour Shift Differential
Hours: Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP

As a Millwork Door Assembler, you'll be responsible for putting together custom doors and windows built to order while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Work closely with your team to produce high-quality products that meet specifications and support the company's growth.

What You'll Do
As a Millwork Door Assembler, you will be responsible for:
  • Assembling custom doors and windows based on customer specifications
  • Verifying product measurements, lengths, angles, and material specifications
  • Setting up and operating manufacturing equipment and machinery
  • Transporting raw materials and finished products within the facility
  • Performing mathematical calculations involving fractions, decimals, and measurements
  • Maintaining quality standards to ensure products meet order requirements
  • Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
  • Following OSHA and company safety procedures
  • Supporting production goals and assisting with inventory management
  • Cross-training in other areas and performing additional duties as needed


What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong math aptitude, including ability to perform calculations with fractions and decimals
  • Reliable work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Willingness to learn new skills and participate actively during training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform physical tasks
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
