We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs), with the intent to train if needed, to provide quality, one-on-one care to clients throughout the Emerald Coast. Caregivers who meet all required qualifications can start at $18/hour. Training guidance is available for those who need assistance completing requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Depending on each client's individual care plan, caregivers may assist with:
- Personal care and daily living activities
- Bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship and conversation
- Medication reminders
- Walking and mobility assistance/ Transfers and positioning
- Respite care
- Running errands
- And other duties outlined in the client's care plan
Qualified applicants should have:
- A current CNA license or HHA certification
- Valid CPR certification with in-person instruction
- Required CNA/HHA coursework completed (we can provide a list of requirements)
- Eligibility for a Level 2 Background Check
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- A compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered attitude
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
