Position Details

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift Start: 8:00 AM

Location: Carol Stream, Illinois

What Youll Do

As a trusted member of our caregiving team, youll provide personalized care that enhances your clients independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities include:

• Deliver compassionate one-on-one home care tailored to the clients individual needs.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall prevention.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining an organized living space.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to promote overall well-being.
• Provide medication reminders according to the clients care plan.
• Observe and report changes in the clients condition to the office and care team.
• Complete accurate documentation while following all agency care standards.

Qualifications

Were looking for dependable professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNA certification is preferred but not required for qualified caregivers.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Private Duty Caregiver.
• Experience providing senior care, dementia care, Alzheimers care, companion care, personal care, or in-home care services.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in the clients home.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Current Auto Insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
