What Youll Do
As a General Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Moving seamlessly between different work departments based on production needs, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Training and working proficiently in at least two areas such as Manual Preparation, CNC operations, Hone and Polish, Etching, Tube and Labeling, Wheel Dressing, or EDM Machine operation.
- Following shop documents, technical drawings, and specifications accurately to uphold quality standards.
- Maintaining meticulous attention to detail and ensuring quality control throughout all production processes.
- Supporting and coaching team members to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Performing additional duties as assigned to keep production flowing smoothly.

- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong math and counting skills, vital for ensuring precision in all tasks.
