As a PT Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating eye-catching floral displays, maintaining fresh floral products, and ensuring the store environment is inviting and organized. You'll work closely with store management to deliver results that make a difference and bring joy to customers.
What You'll Do
As a PT Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays
Watering, rotating, and caring for floral products
Following planograms and completing light paperwork
Building attractive displays that enhance the shopping experience
Lifting, moving, and organizing floral products and supplies (up to 40 lbs)
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A valid drivers license and reliable vehicle for local travel
Dependability, positivity, and self-motivation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Experience in floral or retail merchandising is a plus, but training will be provided

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Auburn, Maine, with a schedule that includes weekday shifts and additional hours during major floral holidays such as Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Flexibility is required to support peak seasons.
