As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for maintaining vibrant floral displays, caring for fresh flowers, and ensuring the presentation is always eye-catching. You'll work closely with our team to keep the floral department looking its best, supporting the overall shopping experience.
What You'll Do
As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining attractive floral displays to enhance the stores visual appeal
- Watering, cleaning, and caring for fresh floral products
- Completing light paperwork and following planograms to ensure display consistency
- Lifting, bending, and moving floral products (up to 40 lbs) safely and efficiently
- Assisting during peak floral seasons and holidays to meet increased demand
What You'll Bring

- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Prior floral or merchandising experience is a plus, but were happy to train the right person!
- Valid drivers license for local travel as needed

Location & Schedule:
This position is in person in Bangor, ME, with shifts primarily on Mondays, Thursdays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and weekends, starting early at 7am. Flexibility around major floral holidays is required.
