As a PT Floral Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for creating eye-catching floral displays and maintaining fresh floral products. You'll work closely with store teams to ensure each display is vibrant, inviting, and well-organized, helping to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
What You'll Do
As a floral merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays
Watering, rotating, and caring for floral products
Following planograms and completing light paperwork
Building attractive floral arrangements and displays
Lifting, moving, and organizing floral supplies (up to 40 lbs)
Keeping work areas clean, organized, and visually appealing
Assisting with holiday and peak season floral displays, including Valentines Day, Easter, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
Traveling locally to support nearby store locations as needed
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
A positive attitude, dependability, and self-motivation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Experience in floral or retail merchandising is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate
