Job Title: PT Floral Merchandiser
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Hours: 20 hours/week (Monday and Thursday approx. 3 hours each day, Tuesday and Friday approx. 6 hours each day, Saturday or Sunday approx. 2 hours)

As a Floral Merchandiser, you'll bring fresh floral displays to life while maintaining the beauty and vibrancy of the store’s floral department. You’ll work closely with management to ensure displays are eye-catching and inviting, creating a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

What You’ll Do
As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

• Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays to ensure visual appeal
• Watering, cleaning, and caring for floral products to keep them fresh and vibrant
• Completing light paperwork and following planograms for display setup
• Handling and lifting floral products up to 40 lbs, with bending, reaching, and walking involved
• Creating beautiful arrangements that brighten customers’ days and enhance the store’s aesthetics

What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic
• Reliability and self-motivation to work independently
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Previous floral or merchandising experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle to travel within a 30-minute radius for covering vacations and outages

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Gardiner, ME, with usual start times between 7am-9am daily. Hours will increase during floral holidays, and some flexibility is required on weekends.
