What You'll Do As a Floral Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:
- Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays
- Watering, cleaning, and caring for floral products
- Completing light paperwork and following planograms
- Lifting, bending, and moving floral products (up to 40 lbs)
- Creating attractive, eye-catching floral arrangements and displays that brighten the store environment
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic
- Reliability and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Prior floral or merchandising experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate
- A valid Driver's License (required)
