Overview:

JOB SPECIFICS

  • OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center seeks a BC/BE Urogynecologist to join our expanding Women’s Health Program in Rockford, Illinois.
  • Grow an established service into a full-time practice supporting a broad referral region across Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin.
  • Practice in a dedicated Women’s Health Clinic with a collaborative multidisciplinary team focused on comprehensive care.
  • Provide specialized evaluation and treatment for pelvic floor disorders, urinary incontinence, prolapse, voiding dysfunction, and complex pelvic reconstruction.
  • Join a health system investing in women’s health, including recent growth in breast surgery, plastic surgery, and specialty programs.
  • Clinic includes a dedicated procedure room.
  • Flexible schedule blending clinic and surgical time; expected progression from four clinic/one OR day to three clinic/two OR days as volumes increase.
  • No call responsibilities.

Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations.  Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement

  • OSF HealthCare Saint Anthony Medical Center in Rockford is a 241-bed tertiary care facility, Level I Trauma Center and regional referral center serving a 10-county area. Qualifications:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
  • Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
  • Board certified or board eligible in Urology or Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Fellowship training in Urogynecology or Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery (URPS).
  • Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
  • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
  • Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery URPS.
