Job Description
Join Our Growing Urogynecology Practice

Our organization is on the lookout for a skilled, fellowship-trained, board-eligible/certified urogynecologist to become part of an expanding practice within the Riverside University Health System, located in Moreno Valley, CA. The Women’s Health Center at this site features eight generalist Ob/Gyns and a comprehensive high-risk service supported by three fellowship-trained maternal-fetal medicine specialists, along with a full-service Gynecologic Oncology division.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to cater to a diverse urogynecologic patient population at a Level I trauma center, which serves as the tertiary care facility for Riverside County. As a member of our faculty medical group, you will hold an appropriate faculty appointment and collaborate with residents from the Ob/Gyn residency program at our institution. The outpatient facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Clinic (FQHC), providing excellent access to various support services.

You will be working alongside another urogynecologist in a newly constructed office building that includes an outpatient surgery center connected to the inpatient facility via a skybridge. The clinic is equipped with a complete urodynamic testing room, and the hospital is rapidly expanding its DaVinci Robotics program. You will engage with residents and medical students, sharing a home-based call schedule that rarely necessitates after-hours hospital visits. Research opportunities are available, fully supported by an Institutional Review Board (IRB) and statisticians.

Applicants must possess a valid California medical license and DEA registration. Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urogynecology and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship is required by the time of employment. We offer a competitive salary along with an excellent benefits package. The area’s proximity to mountains, skiing, beaches, and various sports and entertainment venues makes it an appealing location for both individuals and families considering relocation.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base salary range is $360,000 - $400,000, adjusted based on years of experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.

Our benefits package includes:

  • Generous Retirement Contributions
  • Comprehensive Medical and Dental Coverage
  • Competitive Vacation and Sick Leave
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME) Days and Funding
  • Relocation Assistance (if applicable)
  • Paid Malpractice Insurance
