    Position Summary

    A busy, thriving urology private practice in Lubbock, Texas, is looking to recruit a new partner to join their growing team. High-demand area with a 3.5 million patient draw area, including out-of-state patients-strong earning potential from day one, with new patients being sent directly to the incoming physician.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality clinical care to patients in inpatient/outpatient settings
    • Diagnose, treat, and manage [specialty-specific conditions]
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
    • NO CITY CALL!
    • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
    • Contribute to practice development and growth initiatives

    Qualifications

    • MD degree from an accredited institution
    • Completion of Urology residency and fellowship
    • Board-certified/board-eligible required
    • Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas
    • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
    • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive base salary based on MGMA data
    • Exceptional Earning Potential: After the first year, physicians can expect to make $1.2+ million annually based on market assessment and fee-for-service collections.
    • Comprehensive benefits package available (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, etc.)
    • Signing Bonus and Relocation: $15,000 Relocation and $50,000 Sign-on bonus

    • Partnership within the Private Practice and Surgical Specialty Hospital and ASC after the first year.

    Schedule & Call

    • No requirement for City Call, but can participate if preferred
