Position Overview

Join a well-established group of five urologists and six advanced practice providers, supported by excellent staff in Southern Oregon. 

Opportunity Highlights

• Year 1 & 2: Higher of guaranteed $540,000 or $/wRVU compensation plan
• Year 3: $/wRVU-based salary with additional incentives (up to 10%)
• Call rotation participation at $1,350 per shift
• $50,000 signing bonus
• Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
• $7,000 annual CME allowance
