Join a well established Urology practice with currently8 provider team. 1 to 2day of dedicated OR per week based on surgical volume. State-of-the-art equipment with 4 DaVinci robots. Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections). 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions. Flexible office hours. No more than 1:3 office call (very light, primarily phone consultations).

Requirements:

• BE / BC Urology
• OH license, or eligible

Compensation:

• Total compensation package (up to $700K)
• Guaranteed base salary
• Production bonus (up to 25% of base) paid quarterly
