UNC Surgical Specialists, part of UNC Health Caldwell, is seeking a Urology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join their team in Lenoir, NC. Work alongside an experienced, board-certified urologist, providing comprehensive care for patients in western NC.

Position Features:

• Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. This position requires 32 patient- facing hours per week and providers generally work 4 days
• This is a clinic-based position with no call · EPIC@UNC common EHR across the System
• Practice Address- 401 Mulberry St, SW, Suite 210, Lenoir, NC 28645

• Certified Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner, Licensed in NC or eligible

Education Requirements:

Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Licensed as an Advanced Practice Provider (i.e., Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner, Certified Nurse Midwife, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the state of North Carolina.

Board certification if required by the Department. DEA.

Professional Experience Requirements:

No prior experience required.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Demonstrated written and verbal communication and strong analytical skills.

Effective interaction to ensure the successful care of patients in the clinical setting.

Documentation in the medical record to substantiate accurate billing.
