Rutgers Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Urologist to join the Division of Urology within the Department of Surgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. This full-time faculty position offers an outstanding opportunity to build a thriving academic practice while providing comprehensive urologic care, educating the next generation of physicians, and contributing to research and innovation at one of New Jersey's premier academic medical centers.

• Perform a broad range of general urologic procedures, including minimally invasive and endoscopic surgery, prostate biopsy, medical and surgical stone management, and BPH treatment
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering exceptional patient care
• Participate in the department's shared call schedule
• Engage in weekly educational conferences, morbidity and mortality conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and visiting professor programs
• Opportunities to participate in clinical research, quality improvement, educational scholarship, and other academic pursuits
• Help support the continued growth and strategic development of the Division of Urology

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Demonstrated commitment to excellence in clinical care and patient outcomes
• Passion for academic medicine, resident education, and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Interest in clinical research, quality improvement, or scholarly activity is encouraged

Compensation

The anticipated salary for this position starts at $506,058 annually.

The compensation offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including education, training, experience, academic accomplishments, market benchmarks, available funding, and internal equity.
