Novant Health Surgical Institute is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join our established urology team in Wilmington, North Carolina, providing inpatient care in a Urology Hospitalist role.

This is an inpatient-only position focused on consults, procedures, surgeries, and the management of hospitalized urology patients in collaboration with our office-based physicians. There are no outpatient clinic responsibilities. The schedule consists of an alternating 7-on/7-off block schedule, allowing for an excellent work-life balance, with no overnight call. The practice is supported by the system-wide EPIC electronic medical record and provides access to advanced surgical technology.
