What You’ll Do
Assist in patient consultations and urology assessments
Perform rounding on inpatients, approximately 2-4 patients
Support physicians in diagnostic and treatment procedures
Contribute to outpatient (roughly 85%) and inpatient (about 15%) care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff
Document patient findings and treatment plans accurately
Participate in call coverage and on-call responsibilities as needed
What You Need
Valid PA license (preferred)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and clinical skills
Prior urology experience is a plus but not required
