- Guaranteed Base Salary: $650,000 - $706,333 +RVU production
- $100,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Support includes 2 dedicated Nurse Practitioners
- Seeking a physician with strong robotic surgery skills
- 4- or 5-day work week offered
- Opportunity to grow the practice while having a strong support system and guaranteed compensation package
- As volume grows, a production-based compensation model can be incorporated
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Minimum of one year of experience preferred
- Strong robotic surgery experience
- Team player who enjoys collaboration but is also comfortable working independently
