Pay & Benefits:- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 per hour (pay package discussed upon application)

What You’ll Do:- Provide urology call coverage in a hospital setting
- Manage patients through inpatient rounds and consultations
- Respond to call-backs for approximately 2-4 hours per day
- Document all interactions thoroughly for compliance and audit purposes
- Assist with procedures such as kidney stone management, stents, hematuria evaluation, and difficult catheter placements
- Collaborate with hospital staff on patient care plans and discharge procedures
- Support overall urology services in a busy hospital environment
What You Need:- Valid Michigan license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Urology or surgical specialty experience preferred
- Ability to provide 24-hour call coverage and respond promptly
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
