Pay & Benefits- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

What You'll Do- Provide urology consultation and follow-up care for inpatient and outpatient cases
- Conduct scheduled rounding and assess new admissions in the urology unit
- Support in managing conditions such as kidney stones, hematuria, and difficult catheter placements
- Respond to 2-5 patient calls per 24 hours, with onsite response within 20 minutes
- Document all call activities and clinical notes accurately for audit purposes
- Collaborate with hospital staff to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Participate in patient transfers, procedures, and consults as needed
What You Need- Valid U.S. medical license in Urology, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant certification
- Experience in urology, inpatient care, or surgical settings preferred
- Ability to work independently and respond swiftly to call-backs
- Good communication skills and ability to document accurately
