A well-established and highly regarded urology practice in the Flower Mound, Texas area is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its growing clinical team. The practice is seeking an experienced urology APP and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Candidates must have at least one year of direct urology experience to be considered.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of urologic conditions
- Conduct follow-up visits, patient consultations, and treatment planning
- Perform office-based procedures and assist with clinical workflows
- Collaborate closely with physicians and support staff to ensure continuity of care
- Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Qualifications
- Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Active Texas license or ability to obtain licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of direct urology experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment
