    Description

    A well-established and highly regarded urology practice in the Flower Mound, Texas area is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its growing clinical team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and patient-focused organization known for providing high-quality urologic care in an outpatient setting.

    The practice is seeking an experienced urology APP and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Candidates must have at least one year of direct urology experience to be considered.

    Position Highlights

    Responsibilities

    • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a wide range of urologic conditions
    • Conduct follow-up visits, patient consultations, and treatment planning
    • Perform office-based procedures and assist with clinical workflows
    • Collaborate closely with physicians and support staff to ensure continuity of care
    • Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment options
    • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

    Qualifications

    • Certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
    • Active Texas license or ability to obtain licensure
    • Minimum of 1 year of direct urology experience required
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment
