Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Valid Pennsylvania Medical License
- Active DEA certification
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle patient needs across diverse settings
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal support
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in hospital-based urological practice
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a wide age range of urologic patients
- Prior PRN or flexible scheduling experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- At least 1-3 years of clinical urology practice preferred, with recent hands-on experience
- Successful completion of all credentialing requirements within 90 days; temps available with a clean file
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to provide 24-hour coverage on a PRN basis, approximately once every 12-14 weeks
- Ability to see patients in Chambersburg, with coverage across Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and Fulton County Medical Center as needed
- Credentialed and licensed to practice in Pennsylvania
- No additional practice support staff required; adept at managing independent clinical responsibilities
