Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $2,730.00
- Shift Rate: $3,500.00 for 24-hour call
- Call Back Rate: $437.50/hour
- Pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do:
- Support adult urology patients in a busy hospital setting
- Perform procedures such as cystoscopy, stent placement, and kidney stone treatment
- Manage urinary tract infections, hematuria, and torsion cases
- Consult with emergency department and other providers for Foley catheter placement
- Rounding on inpatient settings each morning
- Provide on-call coverage as scheduled
- Collaborate with nursing staff, anesthesia, and ER teams
What You Need:
- Valid Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration
- Board Certification in Urology (required)
- ACLS and BLS certifications (required)
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in urology, preferably 2+ years
- Strong procedural and consultation skills
About the Assignment:
This assignment involves supporting a high-volume facility serving adult patients with a range of urological needs. The hospital is equipped with Cerner (inpatient) and GE Centricity (outpatient) EMRs, and provides all necessary support staff, including nursing and anesthesia teams. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment, providing both scheduled procedures and urgent care.
