Required Skills:
- Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology
- Valid PA medical license and DEA certification
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in urology
- Strong clinical skills in general urology procedures and patient management
- Proficiency with the EPIC electronic medical records system
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle a high patient volume (40-70 patients per day)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with specialized urology procedures or advanced techniques
- Familiarity with ambulatory surgery centers and outpatient care settings
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Successful completion of Urology residency program
- Prior experience working in a busy clinical or hospital setting
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work scheduled shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- Ability to cover six weeks of scheduled shifts per month during specified periods
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to all healthcare regulations
- Transportation or licensing accommodations, if applicable
