Licensure: PA Medical License or IMLC LOQ required (active PA license or IMLC LOQ in hand)
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ general urology experience; BC or BE in Urology required
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $3,251.82

What You’ll Do
Provide inpatient urology consultations and support to the hospital’s general urology service
Support on-call coverage during scheduled weekends and holidays
Manage urology cases for adult patients in a community hospital setting
Collaborate with a dedicated team of physicians and a PA to ensure smooth patient care
Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and order entry
Respond to urological emergencies and coordinate with tertiary care facilities for trauma cases
What You Need
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (BC or BE)
Active PA Medical License or IMLC LOQ in hand
DEA license
At least 5 years of experience in general urology
Strong clinical skills and ability to handle inpatient and emergency cases
Ability to work 24-hour call shifts and on holidays as scheduled
About the Assignment This position is at a community hospital with 132 beds, primarily handling general urology cases and inpatient support. The facility does not have an IR department; traumas are typically managed at neighboring tertiary care centers. The role involves no clinic day responsibilities, focusing solely on inpatient and ER support through scheduled on-call duties.
